Police have arrested two men, aged 29 and 63, for their suspected involvement in a case of obscene act at Woodlands Town Garden.
On 17 October 2015, at about 11.55pm, officers from Jurong Division conducted operations at Woodlands Town Garden when they spotted the men performing an obscene act in public. Both were placed under arrest.
First-time offenders found guilty of committing an obscene act in a public place, under Sec 294(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224 shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 3 months, or with fine, or with both.
