The Police have arrested a 44-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of Outrage of Modesty.
On 3 October 2016, a female victim reported to the Police that she was molested by an unknown man at Parkway Parade.
Through extensive ground enquiries, officers from Bedok Division established the identity of the suspect and arrested him at Kaki Bukit Crescent on 4 October 2016.
Investigations against the suspect are ongoing. Anyone convicted for the offence of Outrage of Modesty under Section 354(1) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224 is liable for a jail term of up to 2 years, or with fine, caning, or with any combination of such punishments.
