The Police have arrested a 39-year-old man who is believed to be involved in a series of theft of motorcycle accessories.
Between 14 and 15 August, the Police received several reports of theft of motorcycle accessories in Hougang and Sengkang estates. Through extensive ground enquiries and with the aid of footages from Police Camera (POLCAM), officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division managed to establish the identity of the suspect and arrested him along Choa Chu Kang Drive on 17 August 2017.
The subject will be charged in Court on 18 August 2017 with the offence of Theft under Section 379 of the Penal Code, which carries an imprisonment term of up to 3 years, or with fine, or with both.
