The Police have arrested a 20-year-old man for his suspected involvement in several cases of rash act.
Between 7 and 10 December 2017, the Police received several reports of items such as shoe racks, table and chairs being thrown down from Block 52 Cassia Crescent. Officers from Bedok Police Division conducted extensive ground enquiries and established the identity of the suspect. He was subsequently arrested on 12 December 2017.
The man will be charged in Court on 13 December 2017 with the offence of Rash Act under Section 336(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, which is punishable with imprisonment term of up to 6 months and a fine.
