The Pongal Heritage Carnival 2018 will be held from Friday, 12 January 2018 to Saturday, 20 January 2018.
To facilitate the event, Hastings Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10.00 am on Monday, 8 January 2018 to 5.00 pm on Monday, 22 January 2018.
During the closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Security Officers will be deployed at the affected road to assist and direct motorists.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
