The Car-Free Sunday SG will be held on Sunday, 28 January 2018.

 

To facilitate the event, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated period:

3. 4 right lanes of Collyer Quay in the direction of Fullerton Road

4. Cross Street (between Raffles Quay and Telok Ayer Street)

5. Market Street

6. Cheang Wan Seng Place

7. 3 right lanes of Cecil Street (between Church Street and Finlayson Green)

8. Cecil Street (between Maxwell Road and Church Street).

9. Stanley Street

10. Telok Ayer Street (between McCallum Street and Cross Street).

11. Amoy Street (between Telok Ayer Street and Gemmill Lane)

12. Boon Tat Street

13. McCallum Street

14. Maxwell Link

15. Telegraph Street

16. Boon Tat Link

17. Finlayson Green

18. Esplanade Drive in the direction of Nicoll Highway

19. 2 left lanes of Stamford Road (between Raffles Avenue and St Andrew’s Road)

20. Fullerton Road in the direction of Esplanade Drive (between Collyer Quay and Esplanade Drive).

21. St Andrew’s Road

22. Parliament Place (between Supreme Court Lane and St Andrew’s Road)

23. Old Parliament Lane

24. Fullerton Road (between Esplanade Drive and Connaught Drive)

25. Connaught Drive

Additionally, the vehicular traffic along the following roads will be reversed during the stipulated period:

e) Shenton Way (between Boon Tat Street and Maxwell Road)

 

During the closures, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Auxiliary Police Officers and security officers will be deployed along the affected roads and junctions to assist and direct motorists.

 

Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
