Upon receipt of the report, officers from Central Police Division responded to the scene and arrested the suspect. The e-scooter was also seized as case exhibit.

Investigations against the suspect are ongoing.  Anyone convicted in Court for the offence of Rash Act Causing Hurt under Section 337(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224 may be punished with an imprisonment term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to $5,000, or with both.
