The Police have arrested two 17-year-old youths for their suspected involvement in a case of vandalism at a multi storey carpark located at Block 361 Sembawang Crescent.
On 17 March 2018, the Police received a call that graffiti were found on the walls at a multi storey carpark located at Block 361 Sembawang Crescent. Through extensive ground enquiries and viewing of images from Police cameras, officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division arrested the two youths on 2 April 2018 and they are currently assisting with police investigations.
The offence of vandalism under Section 3 of the Vandalism Act, Chapter 341 carries a punishment of imprisonment of up to three years or fine not exceeding $2,000/-, and shall also be liable to caning of not less than three strokes and not more than eight strokes.
