To facilitate the event at Expo from 30 July 2018 to 4 August 2018, the carriageway of Upper Changi Road East in the direction of New Upper Changi Road (between Upper Changi Link and Xilin Avenue) will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10 am on 4 August 2018, to 5am on 5 August 2018.
During the closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Auxiliary police officers will be deployed along the affected roads to assist and direct motorists
Parking restrictions are strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
