The Clementi National Day Street Carnival will be held on Thursday, 9 August 2018.
To facilitate the event, Clementi Avenue 4 will be closed to vehicular traffic on 9 August 2018, from 11am to 11pm.
During the closure, access will only be granted to the police and emergency vehicles. Security officers will be deployed along the affected roads to assist and direct motorists.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
