The Punggol Town Hub Groundbreaking Ceremony and Children’s Day Carnival 2018 will be held on Sunday, 7 October 2018, from 8.30am to 12.00pm.
To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic on 7 October 2018, during the stipulated periods:

During the closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Auxiliary Police officers and security officers will be deployed along the affected roads and lanes to assist and direct motorists.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
