The Police received a call requesting for assistance at a building along Sungei Kadut Loop on 11 March 2019 at 12.57pm. Upon arrival, the Police found a 30-year-old man lying motionless inside the building and he was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene. Another 29-year-old man who was found with injuries, was conscious when conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat hospital. Preliminary investigations revealed that the victims and the suspect are known to each other.
Police have classified the case as murder. A 23-year-old man has been arrested and he will be charged in court on 13 March 2019.
