    Man Arrested For Mischief By Fire

    The Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of mischief by fire.

    On 30 June 2019 at about 3.45 am, the Police received a report of a man who allegedly set fire to discarded items at one of the blocks along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.

    Through follow-up investigations, officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division established the identity of the man and arrested him on 2 July 2019.  

    The man will be charged in court on 3 July 2019 with mischief by fire. If convicted, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend fined which may extend to 7 years and shall be liable to fine.
