The Police have arrested 3 men, aged between 24 and 37, for theft.

On 15 March 2019 at 2.48pm, the Police were alerted to a case of theft along Greenwich Drive where electronic chips amounting to about $100,000 were stolen.

Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from CCTVs cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the identities of the 3 men and arrested them on 11 September 2019.

The men will be charged in court on 13 September 2019 for theft as a servant with common intention under Section 381 read with Section 34 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224. If convicted, they shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years, and shall be liable to fine.
