APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Important Information

You can make an application to cancel or substitute a direction or order if you fall within any of the categories in the table below.

Type of Directions	Appellant
1. Stop Communication Direction	The recipient
2. Disabling Direction	The recipient The proprietor of the relevant location The originator of the relevant material
3. Access Blocking Direction	The recipient The proprietor of the relevant location The originator of the relevant material
4. Account Restriction Direction	The recipient The proprietor of the relevant account
5. App Removal Direction	The recipient The owner of the relevant app

Type of Orders	Appellant
1. Access Blocking Order	The provider of an internet access service that was given the order The proprietor of the relevant location
2. App Removal Order	The provider of an app distribution service that was given the order The owner of the relevant app
3. Service Restriction Order	The online service provider that was given the order

The application for reconsideration of a direction or order must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date on the direction or order.

How to cancel an application

You may withdraw your reconsideration application at any time before the reconsideration authority makes a decision in respect of the reconsideration application.

To cancel the application, please email to SPF_OCHA_Office@spf.gov.sg , indicating your full name, identification number and direction/order reference number if you are a recipient of the direction or order, as provided in the Form for Application for Reconsideration.
