Another eight men and three women, aged between 17 and 55, and two 16-year-old female teenagers are assisting in the investigations, following an island-wide anti-scam enforcement operations conducted between 25 September and 6 October 2023.

The Police have observed a resurgence of a hotel-related phishing scams where victims had made reservations for rooms via Booking.com.
