Police received a call today at about 7.58am requesting for assistance along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8. Upon Police's arrival, a 48-year-old man was found lying motionless at the said location. He was conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead at about 9.14am.
A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the case.
The suspect will be charged on 5 September 2015 for the offence of Murder under Section 302(1) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, which carries the death penalty.
