Police have arrested three men, aged between 28 to 32, in relation to a case of Theft of Gym Equipment at Yishun Industrial Park A.
On 27 October 2015, at about 1.05am, Police received a report that several gym equipment worth about S$30,000/- were stolen from a factory at Yishun Industrial Park A.
Following extensive investigations and ground enquiries, officers from Ang Mo Kio Division managed to establish the identities of the suspects. Following a police operation, the suspects were arrested between 5th and 6th November 2015 at Yishun Industrial Park, Fernvale Road and Old Chua Chu Kang Road. Gym equipment worth S$10,000/- were seized as case exhibits.
The suspects will be charged in Court on 7 November 2015 for an offence of Theft as Servant with Common Intention under Section 381 read with Section 34 of the Penal Code Chapter 224 which carries a maximum punishment of 7 years imprisonment and also liable to a fine.
