The Police have arrested four men aged between 25 and 33 for Affray at Little India.
On 13 April 2015 at about 9.25 pm, the Police were alerted to a case of fight along Serangoon Road. Upon receipt of the report, officers from Central Division responded to the case and carried out extensive follow-up investigations and arrested the four men between 17 April and 21 April 2016.
The suspects will be charged in Court on 26 April 2016 with an offence of Affray under Section 267(b) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, which carries a punishment of imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or a fine which may extend to $5,000, or with both.
