The Police have conducted a series of enforcement operations against massage establishments and public entertainments outlets between 21 November 2016 and 24 November 2016 located at Thomson, Paya Lebar, Selegie, Outram and Bukit Timah areas.
In the four-day operation led by officers from Tanglin Division, a total of 81 women aged between 20 and 51 were arrested for various criminal and employment related offences. Actions were also taken against eight massage establishments and two public entertainment outlets for flouting licensing conditions.
These operations are part of Police’s ongoing enforcement efforts against crime and licensing infringements at unlicensed massage establishments and public entertainment outlets.
