His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, The Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Darussalam visited the Home Team Tactical Centre on 30 November 2016. Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law Mr K Shanmugam hosted His Royal Highness during the visit.
His Royal Highness watched a counter-terrorism demonstration featuring the Ground Response Forces and the Emergency Response Teams from the Singapore Police Force. The Rapid Deployment Troops and the Anti-Swarming Teams from the Special Operations Command were also featured in the tiered response.
This was followed by a counter-terrorism demonstration from the Special Tactics and Rescue Unit at the drive-in range, which included a sniper demonstration coupled with an armed assault via vehicle.
The visit ended with the signing of the guest book and a gift exchange between His Royal Highness and the Minister.
