The SHINE Festival 2017 will be held on Friday, 30 June to Sunday, 2 July 2017.
To facilitate the event, Orchard Road (between Scotts Road and Orchard Link) will be closed on Saturday, 1 July 2017 from 4.00 pm to 11.59 pm.
During the road closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
Auxiliary police officers and security officers will be deployed to regulate traffic and assist motorists. Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking indiscriminately or causing obstruction will be towed.
