SCORE & Singapore Prison Service will be organising the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run 2017 on Sunday, 17 September 2017.

 

To facilitate the event, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic on 17 September 2017:

1. The carriageway of Loyang Avenue in the direction of Tampines Avenue 7 (between Changi Village Road and Cranwell Road)

From 3.30 am to 10.30 am

2. Extreme left lane of Loyang Avenue in the direction of Tampines Avenue 7 (between Cranwell Road and Loyang Way)
3. The carriageway of Loyang Way in the direction of Upper Changi Road North (between Loyang Avenue and Upper Changi Road North)

From 4.30 am to 11.30 am

4. Abingdon Road
5. Cosford Road
6. The carriageway of Upper Changi Road North in the direction of Upper Changi Road East (between Loyang Way and Mariam Way)
7. Extreme left lane of Upper Changi Road North in the direction of Upper Changi Road East (between Mariam Way and Changi North Street 1)
8. Extreme left lane of Changi North Street 1 in the direction of Changi North Way (between Upper Changi Road North and Changi North Way)

From 5.30 am to 10.30 am

9. The carriageway of Changi North Way in the direction ofTanah Merah Besar Road (between Changi North Street 1 and Tanah Merah Besar Road)
10. The carriageway of Tanah Merah Besar Road in the direction of Changi North Way (between Upper Changi Road North and Tanah Merah Besar Lane)

From 6.30 am to 10.30 am

Additionally, the following roads shall become a 2-way road:

a. The carriageway of Loyang Avenue in the direction of Telok Paku Road (between Cranwell Road and Changi Village Road)

From 3.30 am to 10.30 am

b. The direction of vehicular traffic along the carriageway of Tanah Merah Besar Road in the direction of Upper Changi Road East (between Tanah Merah Besar Lane and Upper Changi Road North)

From 6.30 am to 10.30 am

 

During the closures, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Auxiliary Police officers will be deployed at the affected junctions to assist and direct motorists. 

 

Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced.  Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
