The Police have arrested a 57-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of obscene act.
On 3 April 2018, the Police received a report of an unknown man performing an obscene act near Blk 18 Eunos Crescent. Officers from Bedok Police Division conducted extensive enquiries and established the identity of the suspect. The man was arrested at Eunos Industrial Area on 4 April 2018.
The man will be charged in court on 6 April 2018 with the offence of Doing any Obscene Act in a Public Place, under Section 294(a) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, which is punishable with an imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 months, or with fine, or with both
