The combined graduation parade for graduating officers from Training Command was held on 30 April 2018 at the Home Team Academy. The 494 graduands included both regular and Full-Time Police National Service Officers, as well as eight senior officers from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).

Gracing the event as the Reviewing Officer was Mr Amrin Amin, Parliamentary Secretary for Home Affairs and Health. Commissioner of Police, Mr Hoong Wee Teck together with Commissioner of Police from the RBPF, Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Muhd Shah Al Islam also attended the parade.

During his speech, Mr Amrin Amin highlighted the importance of national Service in ensuring the security and sovereignty of Singapore. Mr Amrin Amin also emphasized how training exchanges with overseas partners like the RBPF is crucial in building trust and dealing with transnational crimes.

The parade continued with the presentation of awards to the best trainee from each of the graduating squads, as well as the prestigious Swords of Honour and the Swords of Merit to the deserving Senior Officer Trainees and Officer Cadets. The parade concluded with the local graduating officers reciting the Police Pledge and reaffirming their loyalty to the Singapore Police Force and the Republic of Singapore.
