The Chinatown Mid-Autumn Festival 2018 will be held on Saturday, 8 September and Sunday, 23 September 2018.

To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic on 8 September 2018 and 23 September 2018 during the stipulated periods:

1. Eu Tong Sen Street (between Outram Road      and Upper Cross Street)

  • 8 September 2018, from 1pm to 11.59pm

     

  • 23 September 2018, from 4pm to 11.59pm

2. Slip road leading from Outram Road into Eu      Tong Sen Street

3. New Bridge Road (between Upper Cross            Street and Kreta Ayer Road)

4. Park Crescent (between Eu Tong Sen Street      and car park exit of People’s Park Complex)

5. Smith Street (between New Bridge Road          and Smith Street Multi-Storey Carpark)

6. Temple Street (between New Bridge Road        and South Bridge Road)

7. Banda Street (between Spring Street and          Sago Lane)

  • 23 September 2018, from 7pm to 8.30pm

8. Mosque Street (between South Bridge Road      and New Bridge Road)

9. Extreme Right Lane of South Bridge Road          (between Mosque Street and Sago Lane)

In addition, Mosque Street will be converted into a two-way road on 8 September 2018, from 1pm to 11.59pm.

During the closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.

Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
