On 18 December 2024, Yishun North Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) and Yishun South NPC will be merged to form Yishun NPC.
This merger aims to strengthen the capabilities of NPCs and better serve the public by pooling Police resources from smaller, geographically-linked NPCs to form a larger base. This will enhance our ability to manage incidents of various scales and complexities. It is part of our ongoing efforts to review and restructure ground deployments across our 35 NPCs, to better meet the evolving security challenges and the community’s needs.
Yishun NPC will operate from Yishun North NPC’s current location at 31 Yishun Central. Yishun South NPC, which is currently located at 32 Yishun Street 81, will be converted to Nee Soon South Neighbourhood Police Post (NPP). The current Nee Soon South NPP located at Block 798 Yishun Ring Road will be converted to Khatib NPP.
Yishun NPC will continue to provide residents with round-the-clock counter services. Khatib NPP and Nee Soon South NPP will have self-help kiosks available round-the-clock for residents to access Police services. (For non-emergency matters such as lost property, they may choose self-help options and lodge a report online at http://www.police.gov.sg/e-services. Members of the public who require urgent Police assistance should call ‘999’ immediately.)
Yishun NPC will work closely with its community partners, stakeholders, and residents to ensure a smooth transition. Members of the public who have any enquiries regarding the merger of Yishun North NPC and Yishun South NPC may email Yishun_NPC@spf.gov.sg.
