The Police will be conducting security operations for an event held at 23 Media Circle, Infinite Studios, on 17 April 2025.
As part of the security operations, the Police will be conducting security checks on vehicles entering Infinite Studios during the event period. The public is advised to comply with the instructions of the Police. All non-compliances will be dealt with firmly, given the security considerations.
Traffic and parking arrangements for Event at Infinite Studios on 17 April 2025
Motorists are advised to avoid Media Walk, Portsdown Road (between Media Circle and Infinite Studios) and One-North Ave (from the junction of Media Circle, towards Portsdown Ave) and to plan their journey by taking the following alternative routes:
- Use Stars Ave followed by Portsdown Road if proceeding to Media Circle;
- Use Stars Ave if proceeding to Portsdown Road; and
- Use Ayer Rajah Cres if proceeding to AYE.
To facilitate the event, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic from 11pm on 16 April 2025 to 9pm on 17 April 2025:
During the period of road closures, access will be granted only to authorised vehicles and police and emergency vehicles. Police Officers and Auxiliary Police Officers will be deployed along the affected roads to assist and direct motorists.
As there are limited parking spaces within Infinite Studios, the public is advised to take public transport or plan for alternative transport arrangements, including taxis and ride-hailing services. Vehicles which are parked illegally or causing obstruction will be towed away.

Temporary Restricted Area (TRA)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will be establishing a Temporary Restricted Area (refer to Annex A for details) over Infinite Studios and its vicinity on 17 April 2025 from 9 am to 1 pm.
During the stipulated period, the conduct of aerial and unmanned aircraft activities within and into the TRA without the required permits from the CAAS is an offence under the Air Navigation Order (ANO) and the Air Navigation (101 – Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 (ANR-101) respectively. The penalty upon conviction for the offence under the ANO is a fine of up to S$20,000 for the first offence, and a fine of up to S$40,000 or imprisonment of up to 15 months, or both, for the second and subsequent offence. The penalty upon conviction for the offence under the ANR-101 is a fine of up to S$50,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, or both, for the first offence, and a fine of up to S$100,000 or imprisonment of up to five years, or both, for the second and subsequent offence.

The TRA boundary will be based on a 1 Kilometre radius, centred at Infinite Studios (23 Media Circle) (LL: 1o 17’ 32’’ N, 103o 47’ 37’’ E) and will be in effect during the stipulated period.
