“Exercise Heartbeat” is a multi-agency counter-terrorism exercise aimed at enhancing community preparedness in dealing with a terror attack under the SGSecure movement. The exercise, led by the Police and supported by the SCDF and SAF, was held at One Punggol on 23 August 2024.
